PCR tests are available to assess the presence of bacterial DNA in body fluids or tissues. This test can be done on blood, body fluids (cerebrospinal fluid, saliva, vaginal swabs, etc.), biopsies (intestinal, skin, etc.), ticks, etc.

Description

Following bacterias can be assessed : CHLP - Chlamydia pneumoniae, CHLT - Chlamydia trachomatis, CHLPST - Chlamydia psittaci, BRUC - Brucella spp., BORB - Borrelia burgdorferi sl., MYCPs - Mycoplasma spp. + Mycopl. Pneumoniae, BART - Bartonella spp., EHRL - Ehrlichia chaffeensis-canis, BABE - Babesia spp., ANAP - Anaplasma phagocytophilum, RICK - Rickettsia spp., MycoFERM - Mycoplasma fermentans, MidiMitoch - Midichloria mitochondrii.

Following viruses: Human Herpesvirus 6,7 and 8. Parvovirus B19, Epstein-Barr virus, Cytomegalovirus, Tick-borne encephalitis virus, West Nile virus, Enterovirus, Coxsackie virus and Adenovirus F&G

Following molds: Candida albicans IgG, Aspergillus niger IgG, Penicillium chrysogenum IgG, Cladosporium herbarum IgG, Alternaria alternata IgG and Aspergillus fumigatus IgG

Do I need to prepay the test before receiving the kit?

Please kindly note that for all the tests that are done in our partner labs in the USA, a full prepayment must be received before your sample is sent for testing.
Partner labs demand a full prepayment before the sample can begin to travel. Thank you for your understanding and collaboration.

What is the turnaround time for the tests?

It will take approx. 4 weeks to get the results from all tests, except for MSA (6 weeks) and CD56 and CD57 (48 -72 hours).
